All jobs time and materials. 1/2 day minimum
Cancellation Policy
Appointment cancellations must be made before noon the prior business day. If not, it will result in a 2 hour minimum charge
QUARTERLY ROOF TO CELLAR SERVICE AND INSPECTION INCLUDES
Clear all interior drains (kitchens, bathrooms) for blockages or slow drainage
Check and clear all exterior drains for blockage and slow drainage
Check and clear all gutters
Roof checks – surface – clean all debris
Back yard checks – drains, downspouts – clean all debris
Facade checks – front and back
Check dryer vent cleanouts
Basic cabinet door adjustment
Basic light bulb changing (lightbulbs not included)
Basement checks – leaks, sump pumps, drains
General residence visual inspection, keeping an eye out of potential service needs and additional preventative maintenance suggestions
Fall and spring inspections will include HVAC filter changing and exterior water turn on/off
Plumbers, electricians, masonry specialists
Emergency and after hour services
Licensed, bonded and insured
