Seamlessly transition from existing fourth floor below. Meet all structural requirements for a new construction project involving roof decking. Create a unique and impressive design, for both living and entertaining owner’s clients.
Scope of Consulting/Work Performed:
HPRe+D provided an aesthetic design layout, and advised client on the best material selection, while providing options for transitioning from the floor below. HPRe+D also recommended roof decking materials and maximum ceiling height, the addition of a half bath and wet bar area and consulted on how the finished design would positively impact surrounding properties.
Results Achieved:
Significant increased apartment value by delivering stunning design featuring 11-foot high ceilings, over-sized windows, and created over 1500 square feet of private outdoor space. Finished design integrated seamlessly with the bottom half of the duplex Penthouse unit, creating a truly unique space.
