Tear Out Water-Damaged Drywall:
In the affected areas, 5/8" drywall was carefully removed up to a height of 2 feet. The tear-out process was performed efficiently to minimize disruption, without the need for bagging, allowing us to prepare the site for the next stages of restoration.
Tear Out Wet Insulation:
Wet insulation from the ceiling was removed and bagged to prevent contamination and reduce the risk of mold growth. This step was critical for restoring a safe, dry environment and preventing further structural damage.
Protection and Trade Labor:
Skilled trade labor was provided to ensure proper removal and disposal of construction debris. We implemented dust control measures to keep the work area and surrounding spaces clean, while also safeguarding nearby common areas in the building.
Coordination with Property Management:
