After several discussions, the client signed up for our Home Services Contract, entrusting us with a full roof-to-cellar inspection and comprehensive property care. ROOF TO CELLAR INSPECTION

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Our inspection revealed several critical issues, including non-operable HVAC equipment on the roof, improperly fastened gutters, and multiple water intrusion risks from parapets and roofing materials. Water damage was evident throughout the home, extending from the roof to the basement and affecting key systems like plumbing, HVAC units, and the furnace. Immediate repairs were necessary to prevent further structural deterioration and potential system failures.
